we are here to educate & guide either a first time piercee or a seasoned pro through a positive body piercing experience .

Age restrictions & parental consent

The studio requires all clients to provide 1 piece of government issue photo id upon arrival of their appointment.

if you are a parent or guardian bringing a child or minor in for a piercing procedure, you must provide at least 1 piece of government issue photo id for both you and the child/minor or guardianship paperwork.

although we love to pierce people of all ages, each piercing service has a required age or parental accompaniment policy. for more information regarding these policies please visit our scheduling page, choose the piercing you are interested in and read the relevent description.

As of May 1st, we moved the studio into a quaint 1912 house. Located just off Edmonton Trail at 620 Marsh Rd NE, the studio is easy to find and accessible. Our new community, Bridgeland, is full of great foodie spots and trendy local shops. We’ve made this #LittleBlackHouse our new home and can’t wait to welcome you!

Please note: the parking lot beside Bratopia is not available for our clients. If the studio driveway is full, please find alternative parking.

sterilization protocols

the health and safety of our clientele will always be the most important aspect of running the studio. we adhere to the the personal services regulations set by the alberta health board and continue to educate ourselves through the Association of professional body piercing on any new advancements made in this regard.

all piercing services performed at the studio are done so with single-use, hypodermic needles that are manufactured specifically for body piercing. each piercing set-up is individually sterilized for each client and includes a chemical integrator strip, validating the sterilization of the cycle. the information pertaining to that cycle is digitally saved and transferred to the clients release form.

both our g4 statim 2000 and lisa autoclave undergo a biological spore test every 3 weeks. when completed, the tests are sent to germiphene laboratories where it is determined whether the equipment has reached the required temperature and pressure to kill any microbes present and achieve complete sterilization.

the results of our spore tests and our sterilzation logbook are available to our clients upon request.

booking appointments/consultations

the studio is open and available for walk-ins or appointments every day of the week from 11am - 7pm.

Our lunch time is from 1:30pm to 2:00pm each day, so we will be unable to accommodate appointments during this time.
